Massage for Body and Mind
Traditional Thai massage is a deep therapeutic technique that combines pressure on energy points with gentle muscle stretching. Ideal for the modern person whose body suffers from long hours of sitting, stress, and lack of movement. The massage relaxes tense muscles, improves joint mobility, supports the flow of energy throughout the body, and brings a sense of inner peace.
General Information
- The intensity of the massage can be adjusted as needed during the session through communication with the therapist.
- We recommend not eating 1–2 hours before the massage.
- Traditional Thai massage is performed without oil, so clothing can be light and comfortable.
- Ideal frequency: once every 1–2 weeks to maintain well-being and flexibility.
- The massage is suitable for all age groups (except children under 12, after consultation with the therapist).
- The massage can also be experienced as a couple, for sharing the relaxing experience.

When to Choose This Massage
- For sedentary work or prolonged stress,
- for stiff shoulders, neck, and back,
- if you want to support blood circulation and the lymphatic system,
- for overall fatigue and the need for regeneration.
Massage Procedure
- Before the massage, you will comfortably change into loose clothing provided by us.
- The massage is performed on a mat on the floor, with therapists using pressure from fingers, palms, elbows, knees, and feet.
- The massage also includes gentle stretching techniques, reminiscent of passive yoga, which help to relax the entire body.
- At the end, a short stretching and relaxation routine is performed to promote recovery and release tension.
- After the massage, we recommend giving your body time to absorb the energy and avoiding an immediate shower so that the effects of the massage last longer.
